Phase 1 consists of JRN’s landmark property of thirty seven (37) acres of land in Kitengela, Kajiado County, Kenya, worth over  Kshs. 111,000,000. The land is subdivided into 209 plots complete with individual title deeds allocated to members according to the number of shares held. The set goal for Phase 1 is to build a Diaspora gated community featuring modern single family homes for each of the members.

Another seven (7) acres adjacent to the subdivided area has been earmarked for future commercial development with each member holding shares in this commercial enterprise.
